It all started...
Over 10 years ago, on a dark and stormy night in Florida, Terri Norvell and Kelley Babcock met for the first time upon a mutual friend’s recommendation.
In that restaurant, time stopped. As if by destiny Terri and Kelley talked for hours and hours, their values overlapping and their skills and talents complimenting each other.
“We were like peas and carrots. I didn’t know what we were going to create, I just knew we were going to have a lot of fun playing together,” said Kelley.
And the rest became history.
Over the next decade, Terri and Kelley collaborated on a variety of projects. They created several leadership programs for corporate partners. They spoke at conferences. They were invited to train leaders at all levels while simultaneously accelerating their own careers.
Constant and voracious learners, both Kelley and Terri studied, researched, implemented, tested, tweaked and revised their own leadership skills. Weaving together neuroscience, positive psychology, ancient wisdom and quantum physics, Kelley and Terri cracked the code to help leaders evolve. Their body of work transformed from the learning zone, to the growth zone, and they knew that the next generation of leaders needed these principles to create success in today’s complicated world.
Leadership Growth Formula was born.
